The WDA developed a financing program to meet the continuing demand for permanent loan financing for wastewater and water projects in West Virginia.

Among other things, the new loan program addresses the need for Local Governmental Agencies to have more flexibility to prepay or advance refund their loans while maintaining the program's integrity.
