BPH	West Virginia Bureau for Public Health for whom the WDA administers the DWTRF.
CWSRF	Clean Water State Revolving Fund which is administered by the WDA.
DEP	West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection for whom the WDA administers the CWSRF.
DWTRF	Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Fund for which the WDA serves as financial manager.
IJDC	West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council for whom the WDA serves as administrative agency.
LGA	Any eligible Local Governmental Agency (municipality, public service district or other political subdivison) which participates in State funding programs.
MBC	West Virginia Municipal Bond Commission which is the State sinking fund for LGAs.
PSC	Public Service Commission of West Virginia which regulates public utilities.
USEPA	Federal Environmental Protection Agency which provides administrative oversight to the CWSRF and DWTRF programs.
WDA	West Virginia Water Development Authority which administers a variety of loan programs and provides administrative support for the bond process for the CWSRF, DWTRF and WVIF loan programs.
WVIF	West Virginia Infrastructure Fund for which the WDA is fiduciary.
